Since we have a 48 hour pillow trial we do not allow returns or refunds of any purchases made in-store. We give customers up to 14 days to exchange any products that they purchased in-store. Any product you want to exchange must be in the same condition you purchased it. After 14 days, products cannot be exchanged.
Note: for hygiene reasons, any pillows exchanged after 14 days will be dry cleaned and placed in our rental collection. They will never be resold as "new".
