In-Store Return and Exchange Policy for The Pillow Shoppe

At The Pillow Shoppe, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected. To assist you, we have outlined our return and exchange policy below:

Returns of Ready-Made Products:

  1. Time Frame for Returns: You have 3 business days from the date of purchase to return any ready-made products bought in-store for a full refund.
  2. Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow a certain number of days for the transaction to appear on your account.

Exchanges and Store Credit:

  1. Time Frame for Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product or receive store credit, you may do so within 10 business days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is still in perfect condition.
  2. Condition for Exchange/Store Credit: The product must be in its original and unused condition.
  3. Exchange Process: Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock. If the desired product is not available, store credit will be offered.

Custom-Made Products:

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom-made products. A custom-made product includes any pillow or cushion that is not part of our regular inventory, such as those with custom sizing or made with customer's fabric.
