Pillow Rental Policy for The Pillow Shoppe

Overview: At The Pillow Shoppe, we understand that there are occasions when our customers need high-quality pillows for short-term use, such as for staging, photo shoots, or special events. To accommodate these needs, we are pleased to offer a Pillow Rental Service.

Rental Terms:

  1. Rental Duration and Fees:

    • Our pillows can be rented for a period of up to 7 days.
    • The rental fee is 15% of the retail value of the pillow (subtotal), payable at the time of rental.

  2. Security Deposit:

    • A refundable security deposit may be required for each rented item. This deposit will be returned upon the safe and undamaged return of the items.
    • The amount of the deposit will be determined based on the value of the items rented.

  3. Condition of Pillows:

    • All pillows must be returned in the same condition as they were rented. Any damages or excessive wear will result in a deduction from the security deposit.

  4. Reservation and Cancellation:

    • Reservations for pillow rentals should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
    • Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the pick-up time to avoid a cancellation fee.

  5. Pick-up and Return:

    • Pillows must be picked up from and returned to our store location.
    • Late returns will incur additional charges.

  6. Eligibility:

    • Renters must provide a valid ID and credit card for the rental transaction.

  7. Use of Pillows:

    • Rental pillows are for indoor use only and should not be exposed to extreme weather or conditions that could cause damage.

  8. Prohibited Uses:

    • Subletting or re-renting our pillows is strictly prohibited.
    • Use in environments harmful to the product (such as smoking areas, outdoor settings, etc.) is not allowed.

Policy Acceptance: By renting pillows from The Pillow Shoppe, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions stated in this policy.

Policy Changes: The Pillow Shoppe reserves the right to change the rental policy at any time.
