  • Custom Orders: Shipping times for custom-made items may vary, particularly when additional fabric needs to be ordered. We will keep you informed about the specific timeline.

Tracking and Delivery:

  • Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.

International Shipping:

  • If you require shipping outside of Canada and the USA, please contact us for more information and assistance.

Shipping Rates:

  • Shipping rates are determined based on the size and weight of the order, as well as the destination. These will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
